Process outline, holes, 2.5D chamfer, control chipping

2nd Cleaning
Remove molten salt residue to prevent coating defects

Overbite
Key points: Punch shape, strip waste, keep protective films

Remove tool marks and burrs, polish curved edge

Print & cure shading ink for black border
